Wobbly Legs

as i walked into the gym today my legs already felt a little wobbly... i took that as a sign that i needed to work on my legs today. (thanks Will!)
so that's what i did. i worked my legs for around an hour and the eliptical for
20 minutes. And when i left the gym my legs were jello. =)

i have an appointment on Monday at the Y with a trainer. They'll go thru all the equipment with me and get me put into the system. the machines at our Y are set up with FitLinks. so you set up an account and set your goals, ect. and then sign into each machine & it tells you what you're supposed to do & keeps track for you. and you can adjust as you progress. they say it's like having a personal trainer. so i'm excited to see how it goes.

today is a normal eating day for the LT, so for breakfast i had an egg & cheese biscuit and an unsweet tea. and let me say i've gotten hooked lately on sweet tea, so that was a big decision for me! for lunch i had a spring mix salad with spinach, bell peppers, green onions, tomatoes, carrots, turkey & 1tbs of ranch dressing, a handful of grapes (for my sweet tooth) and water. i'm almost at 64oz. for the day so far.

i have to say that posting what i eat really makes me think twice about what i am eating!



ok that's all for now.... i think i'm gonna go try to get Maya to take a nap so i can too! =) soooo tired!!!
